1. All pouch cells adopt multi-layer composite safety separators inside, matched with built-in mini protection PCB. They block overcharge, over-discharge and short-circuit current effectively, no swelling or ignition even under improper daily operation by end users.
2. We use leak-proof sealed lamination structure for every polymer battery. High-stable gel electrolyte won't flow out when squeezed or dropped, avoiding corrosion and fire risks caused by liquid leakage in small electronic devices.
3. Each cell passes strict external short circuit, extrusion and drop abuse tests before shipment. Internal thermal shutdown layer cuts off chemical reaction automatically once temperature rises to dangerous threshold.
4. Insulated edge wrapping and integrated anti-puncture film are added on cell exterior. The whole cell features low heat generation during continuous discharge, suitable for long-time sealed standby of wearable and medical gadgets.
