When the protection IC detects that the cell voltage reaches the over-discharge protection threshold voltage, the protection IC actively reduces the discharge control pin to a low-frequency voltage, turning off the voltage output. The MOS tube monitoring pin recognizes the low level and shuts off the current output. This achieves the over-discharge protection function.
